Yes. After an initial consultation, we prepare a curated selection of samples relevant to your project. You can view and touch the actual materials before making selections.
Our primary service area includes Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. We also accept select projects in Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, and surrounding regions, depending on scope and scheduling.
Our quoted prices include materials, installation labor, and finishing. Preparation work such as subfloor leveling or wall repair is quoted separately based on site conditions. There are no hidden fees in our estimates.
In many cases, yes. We maintain relationships with specialty suppliers and have access to a wide range of species and stone types. For older materials, we may be able to source reclaimed options with similar character.
We typically require a deposit at contract signing, a progress payment when materials arrive, and final payment upon completion. Specific terms are detailed in each project proposal.
